He told us what to say
While we  prayed
Addressing our fears
Telling our pains
Committing our plans
He held our hands 

He moved
My heart flies
Lifted
My hands outstretched
Through our minds 
Peace sat
Comfortably 

Now at rest
Struggles so minute
His power
His grace
Exceeded our expectations
Prayer brought down the heavens
Into our homes
Never to leave 

He moved
Now with gratitude
We give our beings His service must be complete
We are now in motion
Availing ourselves to His will
God caused us to be still
We must now wait for His plans to fulfill 

Smiles
Warm hearts
This moment
From my mind
Will not be removed
Only because
He moved
